The intelligent monitoring cabinet is an outdoor, all‑weather enclosure independently developed and designed by Guangzhou Guangqiao. It is engineered for open‑air environments and features rain and dust protection, aging resistance, rust prevention, smart control, and rapid installation. Inside the cabinet, it integrates automatic reclosing devices, power surge protectors, distribution units, fiber optic splice trays, fans, door‑switch sensors, network switches, network surge protection, as well as sensors for ambient temperature and humidity, water ingress, and unauthorized door openings. The internal modules are installed in a modular fashion, with a unique backplane plug‑in connection that allows each unit to be replaced independently. This solution is well suited to big‑data‑driven information management requirements in video surveillance applications such as Bright Snow projects, Safe City initiatives, and intelligent transportation systems.

◆ Precise fault localization and rapid troubleshooting
Accurately distinguishes between mains power, network, and equipment faults, with granular fault‑diagnosis capabilities. It supports the detection of over ten fault conditions, including mains power anomalies, overvoltage, undervoltage, leakage current, unauthorized power draw, video‑power supply failures, video‑cable faults, fiber‑optic faults, temperature and humidity issues, smart fan malfunctions, lightning‑protection problems, abnormal cabinet door openings, and, optionally, internal water leakage.
◆ Supports robust big‑data capabilities: A single enclosure can be configured to accommodate two PTZ cameras, three bullet cameras, or five bullet cameras operating simultaneously, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of information from all angles.
◆ Implements the functional requirements of hardware devices, including box‑opening alarms, water‑leakage alarms, equipment‑damage alarms, and more.
◆ Unboxing illumination feature: Enables safe and efficient unboxing in low-light conditions, with a 12-volt LED light that is both safe and environmentally friendly.
◆ Automatic fan activation: When the ambient temperature exceeds 50°C, the system automatically starts the fan to reduce the cabinet temperature and ensure the equipment operates within its normal temperature range.
◆ Automatic Heating Activation: When the ambient temperature drops below –20°C, the system automatically activates the heating unit to lower the cabinet temperature, ensuring the equipment operates within its normal temperature range.
◆ Intelligent front-end management and centralized back-end processing
It employs a multi‑layered status‑monitoring mechanism that incorporates front‑end power supply faults, network failures, and confirmation from the back‑end platform, thereby ensuring alert accuracy.
The backend employs proprietary algorithms, root-cause analysis, decision trees, and other techniques to perform big‑data, multi‑dimensional analytics, thereby ensuring the validity of alerts.
◆ Powerful modular design:
We offer more than ten types of service cards, including power supply boards, network surge protection modules, power surge protection modules, access switches, automatic reclosers, data acquisition modules, and water‑leak detection units, allowing you to freely configure your system based on the application scenario and budget.
◆ Rich power supply interfaces
We offer a variety of power supply boards, including AC 220 V, AC 24 V, DC 12 V, and DC 5 V (depending on the product model), to meet the diverse power requirements of different cameras. Each channel supports independent output control and power monitoring, with maximum output power customizable.
◆ Lightning Protection Function: An integrated grounding system throughout the enclosure ensures that equipment inside is protected from lightning strikes, providing leakage current protection, over‑voltage and under‑voltage protection, automatic reset, and a remote‑transmission dry‑contact output.
◆Centralized power supply function: Provides 1 to 3 220V power output ports, 5 12V power output ports, and 1 power regulation port.
◆220V to 24V Conversion Function: This product can be configured with a built-in 220V-to-24V conversion feature, or it can operate using a customer-provided 220V-to-24V power supply. It accommodates equipment architectures for various networking topologies.

Supports data transmission via multiple methods, including wired fiber optics, wireless 4G, and 5G, and accommodates various transmission modes.

Concealed cable management design, with pre‑installed routing and tie‑down points for external devices, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Built-in information display screen for intuitive access to the device’s current operating and status information, facilitating on-site commissioning and maintenance.
Built-in Beidou/GPS automatic positioning, supporting automatic acquisition of latitude and longitude and automatic display of location on the platform map. Supports tracking of location changes and real-time updates of position information.
The platform supports batch parameter configuration, output control, and firmware upgrades for front-end smart boxes, facilitating installation and commissioning during the construction and deployment process.

It supports an industrial‑grade operating temperature range and professional outdoor lightning protection, with the power supply featuring electrical protection measures against short circuits, overloads, overvoltage, undervoltage, and leakage current.
Utilizing zero‑interruption power supply technology, the camera remains powered during intelligent box reset operations, ensuring uninterrupted video service throughout the reboot phase.
