Product Overview
The 100 Mbps, 8‑port industrial PoE switch is a device that converts between Ethernet electrical and optical interfaces. This model features four PoE ports and one uplink electrical port; the PoE ports comply with the IEEE 802.3af/at power‑over‑Ethernet standards. It is designed for industrial environments, enabling interconnection among multiple motherboard servers, repeaters, hubs, and terminal devices. The optical ports extend Ethernet transmission distances from 100 meters over copper cabling to 2 kilometers (multimode fiber) or 120 kilometers (single-mode fiber). The unit employs a high‑strength, corrugated‑surface heat‑dissipating DIN‑rail‑mountable enclosure, accepts a DC 48–57 V power input, offers an IP40 protection rating, and operates within a wide temperature range of –40°C to +75°C, ensuring long‑term, stable, reliable, and safe performance in harsh conditions such as extreme heat, cold, dust, and electromagnetic interference.
It is suitable for industrial control automation applications such as road traffic management, rail transit, power automation, coal‑mine automation, wind energy and wind power, metallurgical steel plants, oil and natural gas, building automation systems, oilfield automation, hydropower plant automation, data center monitoring, water‑resources monitoring, environmental protection monitoring, urban underground utility tunnels, and other industrial settings that require high‑performance, highly reliable network environments.
